Comme des Garcons Homme Plus dip bleached shortsleeve shirt

From Comme des Garcons Homme Plus, is this short sleeve striped shirt, featuring a bleach dip at the hem, turning the blue stripes into a faded stripe.  It has a button down collar and boxy square shape.  

In excellent vintage condition with the exception of a washed composition tag and cut tag at the neckline.
