from Comme des Garcons Homme is this reversible blazer. Featuring a lining-esque patchwork with exposed pockets and various different fabrics. It can be worn with the patchy pockets on the exterior (as in the first image) or with the solid pink on the exterior, with reversible features - buttons, pockets etc. Fabric has a little stretch to fit.
From 2005, this jacket is in excellent vintage condition.
